Alan Wealleans
Business OwnerAlan is married to Sharon and has two children Ben (18) and Sarah (17). Alan and Sharon have made their home in Narrawallee however like many real estate families have also lived in Mollymook, Ulladulla and Sydney. The family are involved in many community and sporting activities and all love living on the south coast. Alan started in real estate in 1985. His background and experience is extensive and covers all aspects of the industry including residential, commercial, industrial and development. He started at E.A. Cowley & Sons in 1993 and bought the business in 1998.

Sales ConsultantJohn and wife Jan are proud parents of one, with two lovely grandchildren. As a golf professional John & his family spent many years touring the world, and later took on many senior roles within the NSW professional golf administration. While still enjoying a hit, he prefers a game of bowls these days. DirectorSharon has worked in real estate for 11 years when her and husband Alan purchased Cowleys Real Estate in 1998. Sharon's roles are Holiday Manager and Administrator. She worked for many years in Sydney in the Stock Broking Industry and later returned to Ulladulla with Alan and their two children Ben & Sarah.

Property ManagerYvonne joined the Cowleys team in 2000 as Property Manager. Yvonne's experience in the real estate industry is extensive. Along with husband Al, Yvonne previously owned an agency in Avalon Beach Village on Sydney's Northern Beaches and has settled into her Sea Change and relishes the opportunity spent with her two children and lovely grand daughter.

Moving into real estate in 2003 Jeremy enjoyed 5 years in the sales department at Harcourts Cowleys. After a 3 year period away from real estate Jeremy joined our Property Investment team.
