Brent Pullar
CEOA ‘born and bred’ Mornington Peninsula local, Brent joined the real estate industry at aged 18. Brent’s high standards and determination saw him quickly succeed and four years later aged just 22, bought his first office in Frankston, becoming Number One in marketshare within 12 months. Brent co-founded the MPRE group (as it was) in 2000 with offices in Frankston and Mt Eliza to building them up to 21 offices in the area. Brent is the dynamic driving force behind Harcourts’ expansion in Melbourne and Victoria.

Property Management Operations ManagerWith more than 20 years in the real estate industry Emma Gordon has always focused heavily on property management. Having owned her own successful real estate business for over 10 years, run her own Harcourts office and mentored a team of property managers, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the organisation. Over her time in the industry she has developed a strong reputation for providing exceptional Property Management services to residents and investors across Melbourne. Emma has bought and sold various rent roles over the years, while also focusing heavily on organic growth. Emma has not only an intricate knowledge of the industry and its changing market dynamics, but also extensive experience to share. In her role as Property management operations manager Emma offers support to the offices on the property management programme, assists offices with their department and staffing structure, continues to grow the Harcourts resources library and much more. Leah Young
Harcourts State TrainerLeah commenced her career in real estate in 1992 as a salesperson and stayed in the real estate office environment until 2001. After 8 years, Leah decided to move into the corporate side of real estate and accepted the role as state trainer for Victoria and Tasmania for an opposition RE company. Her varied experience in the industry along with ability to develop people in an educational environment was a natural progression. Leah joined the Harcourts corporate team in 2007 as the Academy Trainer for Victoria, where her focus is helping new consultants establish their career and up-skilling experienced consultants to improve their business. Leah is also involved with inoffice training and assists with the recruiting of new consultants. Lyndall Carrig
Finance ManagerLyndall has worked in Accounting for 12 years, in a variety of industries, including the Communications industry, the Construction industry and most recently, the Pet Industry. This is Lyndall’s first role in the Real Estate Industry. Lyndall completed an Advanced Diploma of Accounting in 2005, and is currently in the final year of her Accounting Degree. Currently, in her role as Finance Manager, Lyndall compiles the full financials for the Victorian State Office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, BAS and preparation of the Month End and Year End Financial Reports. Lyndall is excited to be part of such a young and vibrant team at Harcourts Victoria.

Marguerite Foxall
Franchise Development ManagerMarguerite began her real estate career in 1997 by developing her skills in property management, advertising, administration and then progressed into a sales career in St Kilda for many years. Marguerite went on to increase her qualifications by completing her full license back in 2003. Currently she assists Harcourts Victoria in recruiting staff, new offices and growing the Harcourts brand within Victoria.

Megan McLean
Academy SupportWith more than 10 years training, coaching and mentoring in areas of customer service and administration Megan fell into the Real Estate industry when she started with The Academy. Since then she has completed her Agents’ Representative Certificate and all academy programmes. With a passion for growing and developing our staff in The Harcourts Way, Megan handles all academy programme enquiries and registrations. She administers the day to day operation of the RTO to ensure the Agents’ Representative Course meets ongoing compliance requirements. Megan also facilitates Harcourts and You Day and the Office Administrator programme, as well as other specialist workshops.

Rob Ham
Business Operations ManagerRob Ham entered the real estate industry in 2005 in Perth, Western Australia as a leasing consultant and quickly moved into property management. Two years on he moved companies and was in charge of overseeing the property management department on top of running a portfolio. A year later he moved into a Business Development role within the same company and was also on the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s (REIWA) Property Management Network Committee. Rob moved to Melbourne in February 2010 to join the Harcourts team. As Business Operations Manager, Rob implements ‘The Harcourts Way’ systems and office procedures into new offices in Victoria, and trains/supports existing offices.

Robyn Jones
Receptionist/Database AdministratorRobyn has a strong background in administration. She has studied a Certificate IV in Administration and a Dual Diploma in both Marketing and Management. Whilst studying she had a part time reception role in real estate, she soon found out how much she enjoyed the real estate world. After completing her studies she found the Database Management/Administration support role at Harcourts Victoria and has now gained the receptionist position. Her duties include, updating and maintaining all database contacts and general administration duties. Robyn hopes to further her skills within the industry.

Executive Assistant / Events & MarketingSharon joined the industry in 1998 in sales support, before joining the MPRE team in 2001 firstly as OA in the Aspendale office and then Executive Assistant to the CEO and Events and Marketing Co-ordinator for the State office. Combining practical experience with her Cert IV Business (Estate Agency Practice) to become a Licensed Estate Agent, Sharon provides huge value to the team as EA to Harcourts Victoria CEO and ensures the smooth running of the State office including events and marketing.

General ManagerWorking in real estate since 1990, Vanessa’s highly valuable experience covers many sectors within the industry. Starting in administration, she quickly progressed to property management and Trust Account Manager. She has also been PA to top performing sales consultants and Directors, Advertising Co-ordinator of a busy four office network and Manager of a successful real estate office. In her dual role as General Manager and Business Development Manager, Vanessa ensures The Harcourts Way is running effectively throughout the offices in Victoria, and offers guidance to Business Owners in growing their people and taking the business to the next level.
