Phil a fully licensed estate agent has over 20 years experience in Real Estate specialising in Property Management and Trust Accounting Phil has been with Harcourts for many years. Phil heads up the team and offers a professional Property Management Department with unrivalled service in the management of your Real Estate Assets personal service. Phil is a local who is married to Sam and they have 3 boys. He is actively involved in the local community and was a member of the executive committee of the Mornington lifesaving club. Jim Arvanitakis has been your local Estate Agent since 1997. Jim worked his way through the ranks eventually opening the Mt Martha office back in August 2001. Her vast experience allows her to provide a professional and friendly service to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants alike. Having been a small business owner in the building industry, and personally involved in building, selling and renting, Lynda is able to empathise with clients during what can otherwise be a stressful time for them. A lifetime Mornington Peninsula resident, she strongly believes we live in one of the most beautiful locations in Australia. Lynda says, “At Harcourts Mornington we try to make the journey for our clients as enjoyable as possible, we encourage our valued clients to keep their sense of humour and contact us for any query, no matter how small or large.”

Nerida Jewell

Nerida joined the Harcourts team in 2011 as personal assistant to Janet McNeill. Having worked in real estate for more than 7 years in Bentleigh and Murrumbeena prior to becoming a mum to her two boys. Nerida moved to Mornington in early 2008 with her husband Nick, and boys for a more relaxed environment for her family to grow up in. Nerida has bought, renovated and sold properties in Bentleigh and Ormond. She is honest, has a great sense of humor, and a ‘can do’ attitude. She is approachable, caring, always willing to lend a hand and is passionate about real estate. Nerida’s passion extends to her everyday life and her positive attitude spills over to her family and friends. When not working, she enjoys time with her family and friends and getting away to Sorrento as often as possible. “My goal is to constantly improve the structure and work dynamic for Janet and myself and to be as helpful to clients and prospective clients as possible,” says Nerida. Nerida also works calmly and meticulously when placed under pressure and thrives on the constant and varied workload. “If I’m doing my job well, I know Janet is able to focus on hers, and that is paramount for us to function as an effective and successful business unit.”
