Having graduated with a degree in Property Studies & worked in Property Management within small real estate agents in Ireland, Lisa arrived in Perth & joined our team in January 2011. With a passion for property,Lisa prides herself on maintaining a good relationship between Owners and Tenants - her goal is to ensure she matches the best tenant with the property. Lisa’s friendly approachable manner, combined with her long held love for real estate and her desire to work with people exemplify her commitment to providing unsurpassed levels of service. Away from the rigours of work, Lisa leads a busy, active life and likes to go running, walking and socialising at the weekends. She also loves to travel, citing South Africa and Thailand as a places she would most like to visit.

Natalie Gage

Natalie Gage brings enthusiasm and energy to the team at Harcourts, Victoria Park, where she fulfils her role as the Property Manager. Fully embracing the ‘Harcourts’ philosophy, principles, the power of effective systems and procedures, Natalie has integrated this with her valuable experience and knowledge gained in the Real Estate Industry since entering the challenging, yet fulfilling world of Property Management in 2004. The apple of Natalie’s eye is her daughter, who’s dedicated to her dancing. No performance is ever missed by her grandparents, who are always in the audience with huge smiles on their faces. Natalie values integrity, professionalism, open communication and is committed to providing outstanding service to our clients.  With her efficiency, positive approach and helpful nature, makes Natalie a great addition to our close knit team.

Paul Wilson

Paul R. Wilson entered the Real Estate Industry in January 1969. From humble beginnings selling land in the “Blue Mountains” of New South Wales to opening his first office in Sydney’s Western Suburbs on August 1st 1973. Paul received early recognition as a Real Estate Agent of the future conducting mammoth Auction days submitting over 50 properties in one day twice a year for 5 years. 1985 saw Paul & his family move to Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of New South Wales supposedly to semi-retire. Paul purchased a franchise office of L J Hooker and his burning desire for success saw the office grow to some 27 staff, 400 sales per annum and a property management portfolio of over 1000 properties. Awards and accolades included 4 times No. 1 office in New South Wales, No. 3 office in Australia, culminating in the presentation of the Sir Leslie Hooker Award for Excellence in the Real Estate Industry in 1990. Regular visits to Perth dictated a successful move in 1998 with his wife Tracey (a true sandgroper) and the establishment of Harcourts Victoria Park (formerly Roy Weston Victoria Park). Why Harcourts? Paul says that the foundation, honesty, integrity, professionalism, local ownership, a true West Australian operation meant it was the only decision one could make. All the profits, employment, investment stay here in the West. Pauls interests include collecting art, golf when time permits, restaurants and fine wines, small dinner parties and a driving desire to achieve and help others do the same. Perhaps this comes from the 15 years spent in the scouting movement including being presented with the Queen Scout Badge. Our goal is to provide a unique professional, honest, experienced Real Estate service to those we do business with.

Tracey Wilson

Personal Profile – Tracey L. Wilson Director & Licensed Real Estate Agent Tracey entered the real estate industry in 1980 with the highly respected Kevin Sullivan & Associates in St Georges Terrace Perth spending almost 6 years in Residential Property Management progressing to Property Manager at the Bullcreek office managing approximately 120 properties at the tender age of 19. Seeking further career advancement, Tracey took up a position at the Real Estate Institute of W.A. as the Training Assistant co-ordinating all training courses run at REIWA before moving to L. J. Hooker (WA) Pty Ltd as the State Franchise Administration Co-ordinator. It was here that Tracey met Paul, her husband to be, and in 1992 moved to Port Macquarie New South Wales and embarked upon her sales & marketing career, later managing the Commercial, Industrial & Retail portfolio of the office. In 1995, Tracey and Paul moved to Sydney to set up their 1st office together on the Upper North Shore of Sydney marketing exclusive property with advertising budgets in the thousands of dollars. Whilst the sales business was very lucrative, the proportion of rental property in the area was very low, therefore limiting opportunity to build a substantial rental portfolio. In 1998, Tracey and Paul moved to Perth to open Roy Weston Victoria Park. Suburbs this close to all other capital cities in Australia where in hot demand and seeing huge potential in the Victoria Park area, recognised this as the fantastic opportunity they’d been looking for to build the company’s business. Tracey’s No. 1 priority is to the company’s rental portfolio where the main objective is to offer professional service personally to her Landlords. Very rarely do property owners in Perth have their valuable assets managed by the company director and Tracey sees that benefit as a unique proposition offered by Harcourts Victoria Park.
