Sadhana Smiles
Chief Executive OfficerWith a career built upon strong leadership and management, Ms Smiles has held several senior management positions with some of the real estate industry’s most significant organisations in both Melbourne and Sydney. To date, Ms Smiles has worked with teams of up to 250 sales agents and 100 property managers and has successfully implemented innovative training programs, performance management and business systems, database and client relationship systems, and implemented pioneering technology concepts – all of which were designed to achieve sustainable growth and brand development. Ms Smiles is also the founder of a not-for-profit organisation, Links Fiji, and the winner of the 2007 PricewaterhouseCoopers Franchise Woman of the Year award. In recent years, Ms Smiles has also presented several keynote addresses at some of the real estate industry’s biggest events including ARPM, AREC, AREL, RELC, the REINSW Women’s Conference and Harcourts’ very own Conference in May this year. In her role with Harcourts New South Wales, Ms Smiles will be responsible for driving internal growth through the development of Harcourts’ existing business by coaching and mentoring its business owners as well as recruiting new talent and offices within the state.

Emma Neilson
Property Management Operations ManagerWith a wealth of experience in property management, Emma has over 11 years experience in senior property management roles in Sydney’s difficult and challenging Eastern Suburbs market. Experienced in starting a property management business from “scratch” and building it into a profitable business, Emma knows how to create and implement highly effective systems, and strategically and profitably build the rent roll. Emma is also a fully licensed real estate professional. Emma's role involves working as a central communication point between offices, and delivering some great property management initiatives and training to help all businesses prosper.

Kayla Bishop
Business Operations ManagerOriginally from the Gold Coast, Kayla began her Real Estate career in 2002 in a successful Gold Coast franchise. After Moving to Sydney in 2004 Kayla commenced her role in Events/training for the Harcourts group. In 2006 Kayla began her role as Business Operations Manager and is responsible for implementing ‘The Harcourts Way’ systems and office procedures into new offices across New South Wales, and trains/supports existing offices

Paul Casarotto
State Trainer / Business Development ManagerPaul Casarotto has 18 years property industry experience, having been a residential and commercial sales agent, business owner and sales manager for a leading Sydney agency. In addition he has facilitated numerous auction courses and training seminars for several major franchise groups, leading independent agencies, and the REI NSW. Paul is a practicing Auctioneer and has conducted close to 4,000 property auctions and has also appeared on several national television shows, including ‘Location Location’. Drawing on his huge experience within the real estate industry, Paul provides support and guidance to Business Owners with their business planning and training while also up-skilling new and experienced consultants.
