Beginning his real estate career as a young cadet in 1991, Aaron quickly established a successful career in sales, specialising in auction marketing. Joining the Harcourts corporate team in 1998 as sales auction manager, Aaron went on to win the REIQ Auctioneer of the Year championships. Developing and facilitating auction training, Aaron was responsible for the considerable growth of the auction culture throughout the company. In his current role as CEO Aaron focuses on the growth and productivity of Queensland businesses, their owners and sales consultants.
