Cara is a stand out member of our Property Management team, she brings a wealth of experience as we grow our market share in this important area of our business. Having worked in a busy Property Management office in Brisbane and another Rockhampton franchise she is keen to service our existing client base and grow in the role as our Property Management business grows.

Vicki Geddes

Vicki has joined the Harcourts Gracemere team after a short time in a Law Office, Real Estate is her real passion, the fire was lit at another agency and has now been rekindled with her joining the Harcourts group. Vicki has a grown family, is relocating to Gracemere area and has slotted into the awesome Property Management Team as a valued member.

Jodi Schofield

As a local resident of the Gracemere area, Jodi has a thorough understanding of the area and a wealth of knowledge enabling her to adjust to the ever changing market. This combined with her dedication and passion for real estate has earned Jodi a trusting and respectful relationship with her clients. Her enthusiasm is boundless and she looks forward to assisting all clients new and existing in her role as Business Development Manager of our busy office. Jodi is a licensed Real Estate Agent and is respected by her peers in the industry.

Kevin has spent most of his working career in the real estate, insurance and building fields and has gained invaluable experience in advertising, marketing and professional business protocol. With his invaluable knowledge and professionalism, he is one of the area’s most reputable real estate specialists. With his enthusiasm and driven approach to real estate clients are guaranteed an efficient and reliable service.

Jenna has taken to her new role as Property Manager Assistant like a duck to water. Her happy face and pleasant manner is is infectious in our busy office. As she learns her new role Jenna will become an important member of the Property management team.
