Our 2016 Training Calendar will be released soon

Our training has wrapped up for 2015, however we are looking forward to bringing an exciting schedule to you for 2016.  So far we have confirmed sessions with top real estate trainer Josh Phegan & Harcourts Top Performer Lee Perry.  See below for more information on both.

Josh Phegan

Josh Phegan is the go-to speaker, trainer and coach for high performance real estate agents and agencies worldwide.

In 2015 he was the drawcard speaker at over 200 events across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, and he personally coaches over 180 individual agents. Over 60% of his individual coaching clients write in excess of $600,000. His number 1 client writes a staggering $6.25m in fees

Josh works with a number of independent and leading brands at both training and boardroom levels. He hosts a number of public events, and is the producer behind the Rapid Focus and Head Strong audio series together with his online Josh Phegan Membership program.

Lee Perry

Lee Perry has been working in the real estate industry since 2002 and in this time has become one of Mandurah’s most successful and respected sales consultants and directors.

Lee has recently been named No.1 Selling Representative for Harcourts sale value in Australia for 2012 – 2015 and has spoken at the Harcourts Australia annual awards in 2013 and South Africa in 2015 about his success, enthusiasm and understanding of client needs, and hopes to provide valuable knowledge of his achievements and record sales over his career so far. 

Not only does Lee understand what his clients want, he ensures he provides the best costumer service available from his dedicated and dynamic sales team consisting of himself, buyers agent Aaron Wright and his personal assistant Kasey Layton. Lee’s team at Harcourt’s Mandurah is one of honesty, integrity and go get attitude.

Martin Cooper

Experience is a very important ingredient in the recipe for success in achieving your real estate goals. Martin Cooper began selling real estate in 1983 and has personally sold and negotiated in excess of 400 properties. In addition to this he has called over 1,400 auctions and his company Cooper and Co Real Estate Ltd has sold over 9,000 properties since it was established in 1991. The simple analogy is that if you were getting heart surgery you would want a heart surgeon who knew what he was doing. When it comes to real estate requirements Martin Cooper is a business owner who does know what he's doing and with a very hands-on approach to running his own business his experience combined with the experience, attitude and professionalism

Sadhana Smiles

Sadhana Smiles is Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts Victoria, the state division of one of Australia’s leading and well respected real estate brands.

Being a woman CEO in the often male dominated real estate industry has undoubtedly brought out the very best of Sadhana. Sadhana is now focusing her boundless energy on growing the Harcourts Victoria franchise network, working on ensuring the network enjoys sustainable growth and retain market leadership by fully embracing the benefits of communications technology, effective brand marketing, highly selective recruitment and a commitment to developing sales consultant capabilities.

Having worked with teams of up to 250 sales agents and 100 property managers, Sadhana has successfully implemented innovative training programs, performance management and business systems, database and client relationship systems, and implemented pioneering technology concepts.

Prior to joining Harcourts Victoria, She held the role of CEO with Harcourts New South Wales in Sydney. In that role, Sadhana led the group through a period of strong growth, posting an impressive 26 per cent surge in settled sales and a 50 per cent jump in the average sales commission per sales consultant.

Sadhana is also the proud and very active founder of a not-for-profit organisation, “Links Fiji”, set up to help create real change in women’s health through education. She was recongised in 2007 for her contribution of women in franchising with the PricewaterhouseCoopers Franchise Woman of the Year award for Victoria/Tasmania.

Sadhana is also a popular speaker and presenter, and is regularly asked to speak at some of the industry’s most prestigious events, including ARPM, AREC, AREL, RELC, the REINSW Women’s Conference and the Harcourts Conference.
